The short version. CheeseAI is an analytics and education tool. It shows you where options dealers are likely to be hedging. It does not tell you what to trade, it is not financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation. Trading options can lose you everything you put in.
CheeseAI and CheeseAI+ (“the Service”) are operated by Paul’s Bota (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The Service estimates options dealer positioning — gamma, vanna, charm and delta exposure — from publicly reported option chain data, and presents it as levels and charts. It is a model of dealer positioning, not a record of it: exposure is built from standing open interest and assumes the usual dealer-sign convention, that market makers are net long calls and net short puts, which is what investors selling calls for income and buying puts for protection leaves them holding. That assumption is often right and sometimes wrong. The handbook, free to read without an account, sets out exactly where the model is approximate.
Nothing the Service produces is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, and nothing in it is personalised advice. We are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any losses arising from them.
That includes the Cheese AI reads, calls, conviction scores and answers to your questions, which are written automatically from the same numbers as the boards and can be wrong, and the model positions on the Picks board, which are hypothetical: they are tracked to show how the model’s ideas played out, not trades made for you or on your behalf.
Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor. You can lose the entire premium you pay, and some strategies can lose more than you put in.
Market data reaches us from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Calculations are performed to the best of our ability but are not warranted correct. The Service shows the age of the data on screen, and warns you when a refresh is late, precisely so you never rely on figures without knowing how current they are — but you should check that indicator before acting on anything.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Scheduled refresh intervals are targets, not commitments.
Access is granted through Whop and tied to your membership there. Your login is for you alone. Do not share it, resell access, or let other people use your membership — that is grounds for termination without refund.
All billing is handled by Whop, not by us. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refunds are governed by Whop’s own terms and by the terms shown on the product listing you purchased. Cancel through Whop; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We never see or store your card details.
Screenshots for personal or social use are fine.
Where your membership includes Discord access, anything posted there by other members — including trade ideas and signals — is the view of the person who posted it, not ours, and is subject to the same disclaimers as the rest of this document. Access to Discord can be withdrawn for abusive behaviour.
Our Discord application answers commands addressed to it and, if you ask it to, sends you alerts. It is part of the Service, so everything in this document applies to it — in particular that nothing it tells you is financial advice and that the levels it quotes are a model of dealer positioning rather than a recording of it.
It is offered without any promise of availability. A command may fail, an alert may be late or may not arrive at all, and neither is a defect you can claim against. Do not rely on it as your only route to information you need, and do not build anything automated on top of it.
We may rate-limit, restrict or remove access for anyone using it in a way that degrades it for others, and we may change or withdraw commands. Your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord’s own terms, not ours.
The Service links to websites we do not run — most visibly the brokers listed under 🏦 Open an account and on the /brokers page.
The Service, the handbook, the boards and the level vocabulary are ours. Your settings, notes, watchlists and anything else you enter remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, whether or not the Service was inaccurate or unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app’s update log. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
Reach us through the feedback form in the app, through our Whop store at whop.com/pauls-bota, or by email at mikealphacharlie@protonmail.com.
